The Journal lets you photograph receipts, recall notices, order confirmations, or parts and have AI analyze and summarize them. Entries are stored in a timeline on your vehicle, include the original photo, and you can refine the AI summary at any time by adding additional context. Journal AI scanning requires Pro.

Three ways: scan your license plate (auto-fills year, make, model, trim, and engine), enter your VIN directly for the same auto-fill, or enter details manually. All three options are available on the Add Vehicle screen.

Yes — CarJourney is built around your vehicle's service history. Every oil change, tire rotation, brake job, or repair you log is stored in a full service history timeline tied to that vehicle. Each record can include the date, mileage, cost, notes, and receipts so your complete car service history is always in one place. When you sell the vehicle, you can share the full service history as a link or transfer it directly to the new owner.

You can generate a shareable link to your vehicle's full history — maintenance records, modifications, cost summary, and gallery. Links can be activated, deactivated, or permanently deleted at any time. Ideal for selling a vehicle or sharing your build with a buyer.

Yes. You can transfer a vehicle to any other CarJourney user by entering their email address. The recipient sees the pending transfer in their garage and can accept it with one tap. The full history moves with the vehicle.

When viewing another user's public vehicle, you'll see a 'Shop This Build' button that uses AI to identify products from the vehicle's modifications and maintenance history. You can browse and purchase those products directly. It only appears on public vehicles when you're viewing someone else's build.

Car Clubs are invite-only communities inside CarJourney. Owners can invite members by email or username, upload a club logo, promote up to three co-owners, and browse listed clubs to see members and their public builds.

Membership is invite-only. When an owner invites you, you'll get an email and in-app notification with a link to accept. New users can sign up from the invite link and join automatically after creating an account.

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. A one-time lifetime purchase is also available to avoid recurring charges entirely.

On iOS we accept Apple Pay and credit/debit cards through the App Store. On Android we accept Google Pay and credit/debit cards through Google Play. On the web we accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Yes. Your data is stored securely on Supabase (enterprise-grade PostgreSQL). Photos and documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage. You can export all your data anytime from Settings, and you have full control to delete your account and all associated data.
